The exchange window is 30 days from the purchase date, presenting the order number to validate the purchase. The following conditions apply:

• Garments: The garment must be unused and retain its label or hangtag. Stained or used items will not be accepted. If the garment or accessory has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us immediately with all your purchase information: Name, order number, and a photo of the product or garment.
• Accessories / Lifestyle: The product must be unused and in perfect condition, retaining its original label or hangtag, without scratches, dents, or any damage caused by use.

• No exchanges for: Underwear and socks.

If these conditions are met, the refund for the exchange will be provided solely through a Gift Card, which can be redeemed at any PAWER store or on our website. This Gift Card does not include potential shipping costs.

Any return that is used, damaged, or without its packaging and hangtag will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Any product purchased with a discount code or promotion is not eligible for exchanges.

National exchanges 

These will be managed through the customer service center via our WhatsApp. The order number and the product to be exchanged must be provided.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and the online Gift Card credit does not cover shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
